Welcome to PerlerPatterns.app. By visiting or using perlerpatterns.app, uploading an image, generating a bead pattern, registering an account, or purchasing a paid pass or subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the service. You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have received parental or legal guardian consent to use this site.
Platform description & operator identity

PerlerPatterns.app provides an online fuse bead pattern maker that converts digital graphics into bead matrices mapped to official manufacturer color palettes (Perler®, Hama®, and Artkal®). Key features include interactive pegboard tracking, color spotlight isolation, bill of materials calculation, and 1:1 scale printable PDF templates.
Perler®, Hama®, and Artkal® are registered trademarks of their respective owners. PerlerPatterns.app is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these trademark owners.
Commercial crafting rights & finished physical goods
We believe makers should profit from their hard work. You retain 100% full commercial rights to assemble, iron, and sell any physical bead sprites, keychains, jewelry, coasters, and handmade crafts created using patterns generated on PerlerPatterns.app.
You do not owe royalties to PerlerPatterns.app for sales of finished physical crafts. Pro Annual subscribers also receive a downloadable Commercial License Certificate to facilitate vendor applications on marketplaces like Etsy or at Comic-Con and anime conventions.
Our software license covers the algorithmic grid, symbol mapping, and color assignments produced by the tool. You remain exclusively responsible for ensuring that source images you upload do not infringe on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary rights.
User accounts and security
You may register an account using Google One Tap or GitHub OAuth. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to notify [email protected] promptly if you discover any unauthorized access to your account or payment methods.
Free features, paid plans, and billing terms
PerlerPatterns.app provides a generous free tier that includes unlimited image-to-bead quantization, 16x16 and 29x29 pegboard scale generation, real-time Crafting Tracker mode, and plain-text bill of materials copying.
We offer paid options for crafters who require high-precision printouts and expanded capabilities:
1. Single Pass ($2.99 one-time purchase): Unlocks a full 1:1 scale vector PDF print package with a 50mm calibration check ruler and high-contrast symbology sheet for a single design. No subscription or recurring fees.
2. Pro Monthly ($6.99/month): Unlocks unlimited 1:1 printable vector PDF downloads, multi-board 58x58 quadrant tiling (Q1–Q4), CSV/Excel bill of materials export, and saved pattern history. Renews monthly until canceled.
3. Pro Annual ($39/year): Includes all Pro Monthly benefits plus an official Commercial License Certificate for marketplace sellers, billed annually (saving over 53% compared to monthly payments).
Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval selected during checkout. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Center or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellations take effect at the conclusion of the current billing cycle. All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use and conduct
When using PerlerPatterns.app, you agree to adhere to community crafting guidelines and applicable laws. You agree NOT to:
- Upload images that are unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or that infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights without appropriate authorization.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the underlying proprietary algorithms, quantization routines, or styling without express written consent.
- Use automated scrapers, crawlers, or high-volume scripts that unreasonably burden or disrupt perlerpatterns.app infrastructure or APIs.
- Resell, sub-license, or redistribute raw PDF templates or export packages as standalone digital stock files.
- Attempt to bypass payment gateways, security verifications, or authentication mechanisms.
Disclaimer of warranties
PerlerPatterns.app is provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
While we utilize perceptual CIE L*a*b* color science to match beads as closely as possible, plastic bead dye lots vary over time, and device screens and home printers display colors differently. We do not guarantee 100% exact color reproduction across physical beads, nor do we warrant that printer margins will not require minor adjustment.
Crafters are encouraged to inspect sample beads in daylight and verify their iron temperature settings before completing large projects.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PerlerPatterns.app, its founders, and operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the service.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by you to PerlerPatterns.app in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Modifications and customer support
We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. When updates are published, the 'Last updated' date at the top of the page will be revised. Continued use of the website following any update signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
